Cloth or Tyvek: How to Choose a Wristband

The best wristband depends on how long your event runs and how your gate checks guests. Those two answers usually settle the choice.

Choose Tyvek for one day

Tyvek bands are light, low cost, and quick to apply. The adhesive closure tears if someone tries to remove the band, so it works well for single-day entry and age checks.

Choose cloth for several days

Cloth bands are comfortable enough to wear through a long weekend. A locking closure keeps them on until they are cut off, and guests often keep them as a souvenir.
