Backstage Pass vs. All Access Pass: What Is the Difference?

The terms are often used together, but they can mean different levels of access.

Backstage pass

A backstage pass usually allows access to areas behind the stage. Some are limited by time, such as after the show.

All access pass

An all access pass usually allows entry to every controlled area. These are often limited to the artist, tour staff, and key production crew.

Make the difference clear

Use a different color and large text for each pass type so security can read it quickly.
